Who we are.
Established in 2010 in Taiwan, Kingsley is a garment design and development agency that specializes in knitwear garment manufacturing.
As a B2B apparel agency, we act as a one-stop-shop offering end-to-end solutions for all your fashion manufacturing supply requirements. We offer an array of services across the vertical from professional design and detailing, to in-house lab sampling and quality control and large-scale manufacturing.
With over 25 years of experience, long-term relationships, and a trusted reputation in the apparel manufacturing industry, we guarantee best practices with topmost quality at affordable prices.
Kingsley is headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan with an international branch in Hong Kong and a sampling laboratory in Shantou, China. We are partnered with 6 factories globally in Bangladesh, Cambodia, and China to produce fine quality and affordable garments for various brands internationally, especially in Germany, Italy, and the UK.

We are a team of 50 diverse, highly skilled, and educated professional employees, (excluding factory workers). We strongly advocate and apply gender equality within our team. 80% of our team comprises women and have no pay gap.

We have a dedicated team that sources superior yarn to create knitwear apparel. We work with our clients every step of the way, right from raw material sourcing, to meet their goals within their budgets. By sourcing as per our client’s budget, we are able to offer price-conscious pieces at any quantity.
We also focus on sustainable standards and ethical practices while we source our raw material.

Our Core Values.
Certified Standards
Our factories have both high ethical and quality standards. Our garments are manufactured in BSCI approved factories and sites that also hold GOTS, GRS, OCS, RCS and BCI certificates.
Responsible Production
We work closely with our partner factories to ensure that our production methods are eco-friendly and sustainable. Our factories follow a specific compliance standard to reduce water pollution and to dispose of hazardous waste responsibility
We strive to source recycled material and organic fabrics to reduce our waste and impact on the environment.

We care about the practices and standards at our factories. By long-term partnering only with vetted factories, we ensure our no child labour, no bribery, no inhumane working conditions and up to date with international standards such as BSCI, ILO, GOTS, etc.
